There are so many different ways I entertain. The gardens, the house and my guests are my inspiration.  Most of my entertaining also feature seasonal dishes inspired by my Greek and Japanese heritage.  The garden rooms that my husband and I have  created in our 4 acres are perfect for strolling to stimulate the senses and the appetite.  Moveable Feasts through the landscape are de rigueur in the summer!  Here are some of my typical party vignettes:
